Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page.
